Perry Rendell
Managing Director

Perry is responsible for the business and day-to-day operations of Creative Midfield.

Passionate about delivering knowledge based creative sporting excellence for clients.

He has a wealth of sports experience, not just from his 8 year directorship at multi-discipline London creative agency Zard but from a life-long obsession with sport which includes being an ex-professional cricketer and qualified cricket coach and a Sports Science & Recreation Management degree from Loughborough University.

On Saturday mornings you can find him still trying, although currently failing, to beat his Park Run PB!

Jez Hayter
Creative Director

Jez oversees all of Creative Midfield’s creative output.

Creative brilliance with an ability to deliver, alongside an in-depth understanding of sporting audiences, helps bring our creative ideas to fruition.

Jez started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising as a Senior Designer after graduating from Loughborough University. Gained 17 years’ of experience working for leading marketing and communications firms worldwide which included three years in New York as Creative Director at Courtney & Co.

Loves motor racing, rugby and golf and is very likely to offer to play a round to discuss your brief!

Phil Bennett
Creative, London

Phil is lead creative in our London based creative team.

He loves the challenge of working with the team and the Creative Director to deliver insightful creative solutions.

Passionate about brands, communication, print & typography his skills are right out of the premier league. He has worked on our major sports projects this year including Wimbledon for HSBC, Ernie Els and Sainsbury’s School Games.

After graduating in Visual Communication in Graphic Design, Phil relocated to London and can often be found wandering London transfixed by its beauty and history… well he did come from Derby!

Tomas Vrana
Head of Digital

Tomas heads up our Creative Midfield digital team.

He has a broad breadth of digital knowledge to oversee the digital team who deliver across website design and builds, content managed websites, apps, e-newsletter templates, social and mobile.

Tomas has a background in Graphic Design and Multimedia from the Czech Republic.
